How To Fix Your Knee Pain

One easy exercise to help you walk and run pain-free!! Believe it or not, the muscles on the back and side of your hips play a crucial role in controlling your knees. When you begin to lose awareness of how to recruit from these muscles, your knees become “unstable.” This allows for excessive motion to occur at the joint, which can lead to knee pain. Icing, bracing, taping, and foam rolling are great for short term relief, but doing the exercise demonstrated in this video will help you regain awareness of how to control your knee and give you long term results. Get moving!
