Chiropractic Adjustment

Adjustments are procedures where a trained Chiropractor uses their hands or a small tools to apply pressure to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function.

Active Release Technique (ART)

The Active Release Technique is a non-invasive treatment to locate and quickly resolve soft-tissue disorders.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)

DNS is a technique that focuses on core stabilization and diaphragmatic breathing. DNS exercises focus on activating the body’s stabilizing muscles in the proper sequence in order to optimize movement patterns and alleviate pain.


Cupping is a technique in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin, creating suction as a way of stimulating blood flow. The benefits of cupping include reducing pain and increasing muscle relaxation.

Rehabilitative exercises

The goal of any rehabilitative exercise is to restore function and ease of movement, helping the body return to its top functional state and decrease the risk of re-injury.

Rock Tape

Rock tape in elastic cotton strip with an acrylic adhesive that is used with the intent of treating pain from sports injuries



A condition in which joints are inflamed, causing pain, stiffness, swelling, and sometimes loss of movement.

Auto Accident Injuries

Pain that persists  as a result of an automotive accident.


Pain and swelling of the bursa, the small fluid filled pads that act as cushions in or near the joints.

Carpal Tunnel

A condition that occurs when the median nerve, which runs from the forearm through the hand, is compressed; symptoms include pain, tingling, and numbness, as well as hand weakness.

Herniated Discs

When part of a spinal disk bulges out of a tear or weak spot in the disk's tough outer shell. Also known as prolapsed disk.

Joint Stiffness

When range of motion is limited at a joint. Joint stiffness may or may not be painful and can occur for a variety of reasons.

Lower Back Pain

LBP commonly begins as tightness and achiness in the muscles of the lower back and is typically due to overuse.

Muscle Spasms

Involuntary contractions of a muscle that can cause extreme pain.

Muscle Weakness

A lack of strength in the muscles which may not contract or move as easily as they once did.

Neck Pain

Pain in the neck and shoulder that varies in intensity, and may feel achy or like an electric shock from the neck to the arm.

Pinched Nerves

Occurs when too much pressure is applied to a nerve by surrounding tissues. This pressure disrupts the nerve's function, causing pain, tingling, numbness or weakness.


Pain along the course of the sciatic nerve (which runs from the buttock, down the back and side of the leg, and into the foot and toes), often because of a herniated disk.

Sports Injuries

A bodily injury that results from an athletic activity.


Inflammation of a tendon, usually caused by injury; may cause pain and restrict movement of the muscle attached to the tendon.
